are made to order. But please contact us if you are
having an issue with your order.
- We do accept exchanges. You can exchange your items
for something else in our shop. The items you would like
to exchange should be shipped back in the original
condition within 7 days of the delivery. The buyer is
responsible for the cost of postage for the returning
items.

Beautiful veil. Sabina was communicative and allowed me to do an exchange on a shorter single layer veil. I believe both veils I tried were custom lengths and arrived after a month in a half. Shes busy!- I would advise giving yourself plenty of time to decide on a veil. Definitely 2 months to receive a custom veil. I started well before my wedding and my experience to find my veil with her was about 3 months.
